Helen’s loath to cry around anyone except those she really trusts. Gail is always the first person she calls if she’s upset, because she can let her guard down and just ramble/cry/be angry whatever she needs to be and not worry about being judged or belittled for it. Gail feels privileged to get to see her less put-together moments.
And Helen gets to see a side of Gail that Gail is way to shy to reveal to anyone else- her goofy imitations of bird dances, her uncontrolled, quacking laughter when something really cracks her up, her insufferable puns, and (Helen’s favorite) her beautiful singing.
There are some others, but these a little NSFW!
