- unfollow blogs that post things that negatively affect you
- stop hate-reading
- learn to cook one new thing a month
- make one cute aesthetic change to your life
- stop giving a fuck about idiots on the web who literally do not affect the quality of your life in the slightest
- let something die. vines that tie you down do not need to thrive
i have some tips too!!
- drink lots of water. stay hydrated. seriously, i nearly passed out a little over a week ago and it’s a terrifying feeling.
- if a situation is getting you angry, leave it if you can. it’s not worth it to get angry, and you won’t think rationally in that situation.
- take moments to appreciate lovely things in your life
- go outside. i mean this for real. taking walks on nice days, even if it’s just down the block and back, is something that’ll make you feel better. fresh air is nice.
